The Turin retail park which, together with Eataly, completes the redevelopment of the former Carpano industrial area at Lingotto, has become the new reference point for green shopping.
5 floors divided into as many themes - Life, Home, Fashion, Beauty and Otium Pea Club - for a total of over 70 shops, restaurants and relaxation areas all focused on a new ethical way of producing and consuming.
The building itself acts as a model and vehicle for transmitting green values through architecture. In fact, the project makes use of the most advanced architectural and plant solutions designed for energy efficiency and the reduction of CO2 emissions.
Much of the building is in fact built with dry techniques, a solution that allows for the extension of the life cycle through the recycling and reuse of materials.
In this context, the choice of partnership with Roofingreen, a hi-tech material that has always embodied an ideal of sustainability thanks to the technical characteristics that distinguish it. The Roofingreen modular system is in fact recyclable and reusable, it can be laid dry, it does not require water consumption or maintenance.
The presence of our green module on the Green Pea rooftop consolidates the concept of environmental and social respect that animates the project, and allows a space of pure otium: a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Alps, with Spa and Cocktail Bar.
