The stability law 2016, recently approved by the Italian Council of Ministers has sanctioned an extension up to december 31st 2016 for the 65% energy improvement ecobonus and for the 50% restructuring bonus in the italian territory.
As provided for by the law there will be a special budget of 170 million euros for energy improvement in public residential buildings. That is to say, that the entities in charge of social housing will be able to access this Ecobonus to increase the energy performance of the properties.
