Incentives for redevelopment energy: the certainty until 31/12/2013

All products of the family Roofingreen benefit of tax incentives of 65% for the energy upgrading of existing buildings (Dl n. 63/2013), an exceptional opportunity that allows you to recover more than half the cost of buying and installing through a deduction from 'income tax spread over 10 years, with a ceiling of 100,000 euro (10 thousand euro per year). Who wants to make sure, for sure, the benefit has until 31.12.2013 (date of which is due on the transfer of payment). The Senate approved the draft of the new Stability Law, which provides for the extension of the incentives to the end of 2013, but now we must wait for confirmation of the House and the subsequent conversion into state law. Roofingreen remains affordable even on new installations, thanks to the insulating properties, which enable greater energy efficiency and lower operating costs.
