The Roofingreen Leaf high-tech lawn is among the protagonists of the 'Design Therapy' created by Matteo Thun & Partners for the 2019 edition of Elle Decor Grand Hotel.
A project that investigates the different aspects of hôtellerie, leading to a collective reflection on the evolution of the hotel concept allowing visitors to experience the latest trends of the sector, involving them in unexpected and immersive situations.
Set up in the splendid settings of Palazzo Morando I Costume Moda Image in Milan’s historic center, the temporary hotel designed by the award-winning studio led by Matteo Thun offers a holistic view of the hotel as a place of physical and mental well-being, where nature takes on a decisive role: a healthy and green architecture, promoting a harmonious relationship between man and environment.
Roofingreen, which has always proposed itself as a green solution in all its meanings, has been chosen as a material representative of this new variation of the hospitality sector. A valid answer to the need for sustainability and smart technology that animates modern hotel structures, and that in the vision of 'Design Therapy' has been used on 400 square meters distributed in different contexts: from the suspended garden created in collaboration with Marco Bay, to the food lounge and the outdoor space of the main courtyard. The custom-designed solution at the service of the environment and the creativity of the designers.
